• If a bet is processed late due to network issues, the odds at the time of processing will apply.

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to profit risk-free from bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Bots or Automation: Using automated software to place bets or manage your account is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Payments: Submitting false payment information or initiating chargebacks is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses under multiple identities is strictly prohibited.

Either jz495 or the user may close an account. However, the rules governing balance refunds vary depending on the reason and circumstances of the closure.

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

Jz495 may suspend or close your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or involvement in any prohibited activity.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information has been provided.
